Guests

You are welcome to bring a guest with you but ICAV is unable to cover travel costs for guests (non-delegates). Guests are welcome to attend the Welcoming reception and the Banquets - a nominal “guest fee” applies to the banquets only.

Expenses

ICAV anticipates obtaining sufficient funding to cover accommodation, meals, banquets and travel for all delegates, but this is at present uncertain. Travel arrangements must be arranged by delegates and will be reimbursed (economy fares only) upon awarding of sufficient funds to the Consortium.

Expense forms will be included in your Registration packages.

(NOTE: we require original receipts, airline tickets and boarding passes).
