Flight Bookings
Please make your own travel arrangements – ICAV will endeavour to reimburse full travel expenses (economy only) after the meeting. At this time we can only guarantee reimbursement of $500 for Canadian and $1,000 for International delegates. (NOTE: we require original receipts, airline tickets and boarding passes).

Arrival
It is strongly recommended that international visitors allow at least one day adjusting to the time difference. Travelers crossing the Pacific will lose one day when crossing the International Date Line.

Airport Transfers
Shuttle service from the Toronto International Airport to Peterborough and back to Toronto will be arranged for incoming delegates. Please indicate if you require transportation on your registration.

Medical and Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that international visitors carry travel insurance.

Guests
You are welcome to bring a guest with you but ICAV is unable to cover travel costs for guests (non-delegates). Guests are welcome to attend the Welcoming Reception and the Banquets - a nominal “guest fee” of C$25.00 applies to the Banquets only.

Expenses
Registration, meals and on-site accommodations at Trent University will be provided at no charge by ICAV. We will endeavor to cover travel and off-site accommodations as well, but at this time can only guarantee reimbursement of $500 for Canadian and $1,000 for International delegates with an approved registration submission. NOTE that you must make your own travel arrangements. Expense forms will be included in your Registration packages. (NOTE: we require original receipts, airline tickets and boarding passes).

Directions to Peter Gzowski College at Trent University

• Take Highway 401 east to Highway 35/115
• Follow Highway 115 north
• At Peterborough, exit at The Parkway
• Continue on The Parkway until it ends at Clonsilla Avenue
• Turn right (east) at Clonsilla Avenue
• Clonsilla Avenue will become Charlotte Street
• Follow Charlotte Street into downtown Peterborough
• Turn left (north) at Water Street immediately following the clock tower (Market Hall)
• Continue north on Water Street for 6.5km
• Turn right on Nassau Mills Road
• Turn right on Pioneer Road for Peter Gzowski College

• Follow Highway 7 west (Lansdowne Street) to George Street
• Turn right (north) on George Street immediately following the Peterborough Memorial Centre
• Follow George Street as it turns right into Water Street at Sherbrooke Street
• Continue north on Water Street for approximately 7km
• Turn right on Nassau Mills Road
• Turn right on Pioneer Road for Peter Gzowski College
