Mr. Christian Frayssignes is the founder and President of CF&A Consulting, a company that has provided strategic consulting, corporate development, funding advisory and operational services to healthcare companies in North America and Europe since 1995. He has been instrumental in helping many early stage Canadian companies, such as Arius Research (cancer antibodies) and Syn-X Pharma (proteomics), Mistral Pharma (drug delivery), BSafE Innovations (animal-BSE diagnostic) in organizational structure, financing and the establishment of partnerships.

Mr. Frayssignes held the position of Vice President, Business Development at GlycoDesign where he negotiated a US $50+ million partnership for a pre-clinical compound. Previously, he had a successful career in the global pharmaceutical industry, holding key management positions at Glaxo (now GSK) in France, at global headquarters in London, UK and in Canada, where he was Vice President, Business Development and licensed 3TC from Biochem Pharma. He was the Canadian General Manager, Ophthalmics for Pharmacia prior to starting his own consulting practice in 1995. Mr. Frayssignes sits on the Boards of several associations and currently serves as the President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Toronto.
